Return Policy

All return based correspondence should be sent to CustomerService@HondaAcuraOnline.com by email only. Any return communication by phone or sent to any other address or any other person will be deemed invalid and unreceived.

To arrange for any returns, email customer service with your order ID number. Photos of item(s) to be returned will be requested.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged for returned parts.
  • We do not offer exchanges on any items.
  • If your VIN was not used when making a purchase and the part is incorrect, the 15% restock fee will be automatically applied to your return.
  • Freight can't be refunded.

You will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, so we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner.

  • If you do not obtain the RGA number, we cannot issue a credit. Please do not ship the parts back until you obtain this number.
  • Once you have the RGA number, you'll need to ship us back the part via your preferred shipping method (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).
  • Parts must be unused and in undamaged, original packaging (original box or bag).

When sending back a core:

  • All cores must be manufactured by Honda/ be OEM, returned in good condition, and must be approved with pictures via email.
  • Any converter cores must be carefully unbolted from car, not cut off.
  • Any caliper cores must include plugs and bolts and must be fully assembled.
  • All reman parts (Alternators, Starters, other part numbers ending with RM) must be sent back with original box and/or baggy with red Honda label on part and box both in good condition.

Conditions of Return:

  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable
  • Red Honda label and part number must be intact before returning parts.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery of part.


Cars manufactured in Canada can't be VIN decoded by us, so please be sure of fitment before ordering.

Illustrated diagrams featured on the website may not exactly match what is shipped. If you have any questions, please call and have your VIN ready so we can help.

Left (L) is driver side, right (R) is passenger side so please order accordingly.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • Canceled orders may be subject to restock fees if special orders are present.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order placed for any reason.
