Shipping Policy
Two Day Shipping:
Weekend orders will be processed the following business day, this includes Two Day shipping.
Two Day shipping will be impacted by our local warehouse's availability. Please email us at [email protected] to confirm shipping times.
Please make note of these as we cannot refund freight.
Backorder Items:
Due to delays in production and staffing, we are experiencing higher than normal backorder rates. As far as when the parts will be coming in, we currently do not have an ETA at this time.
if you know of a backorder please contact us to make sure it's available before submitting an order even if it's listed.
What we can do is leave the part on order and it will ship as soon as it arrives. All we need is for you to confirm that you're okay with waiting on the backorder item. We'll need to hear from you in 24 hours otherwise we will need to cancel the order and refund you the full amount.
- Weekend orders will be processed the following business day.
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Once an order is shipped it cannot be adjusted.
- Please call ahead or email our customer service team if you know the part you are ordering is on backorder or discontinued before placing an order on the website.
- We can't ship to P.O. Boxes.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from American Honda, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from American Honda may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive to us and will shipped to you immediately.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- We cannot reimburse for late shipments.
- Orders with hazardous parts can't be shipped express/overnight.
- We do not ship items such as airbags, seat belt tensioners and batteries due to the hazardous and explosive nature of these parts. If you order any parts American Honda has classified as hazardous you will be notified of the issue, any money will be refunded and the order will be canceled.
- If you've already ordered and would like to add on to your order, we will try our best to accommodate you.
- We cannot guarantee transit times.
- Cars manufactured in Canada can't be VIN decoded by us, so please be sure of fitment before ordering.
- We ship USPS and UPS. Transit times may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic or other world events.
- We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, or internationally. If you have a separate US address we can ship to, you'll need to use PayPal at checkout.
- American Honda will not ship directly to you, only to Authorized Honda and Acura Dealerships.
- We do not ship COD orders.
